At Real Pest Control LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering effective pest control services and standing behind our work.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 7 days of treatment. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a follow-up service at no additional cost.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The service was not performed as agreed.
- A scheduled service was canceled by us and not rescheduled.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges were made.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original service date.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The customer fails to follow post-treatment instructions.
- Access to the property was restricted, preventing proper treatment.
- Pest activity continues due to new infestations outside the scope of the original service.
4. Subscription or Maintenance Plans
For recurring service plans, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled visit to avoid charges. Any unused prepaid services may be reviewed for partial refunds at management’s discretion.
